対物レンズの焦点調整用に専用設計したピエゾステージです。 顕微鏡や各種の検査・測定装置、観察機器に組み込むことでレンズの焦点調整の高速化や高精度化が可能になります。
These are piezo stages exclusively designed for adjusting the focus of objective lenses. Being incorporated in a microscope, inspection/measurement devices or observation equipment, they can speed-up lens focusing and improve the accuracy.

• 各メーカのレンズねじ径に適合できるよう4種類のねじサイズから選択できます。
• 別売で“ねじ径変換アダプタ”も用意しています。
• 規格外のレンズの取り付けもご相談ください。
   
• Four thread sizes are selectable from in order to accommodate different manufacturers'lens thread diameters.
• An optional thread diameter conversion adapter is also available.
• Fitting of a non-standard lens is also negotiable.

【横型タイプ】

• 本体の厚みを抑えた構造です。
• ストロークのバリエーションが豊富で、長い移動量を必要とする場合はこのタイプから選定します。
   

【Horizontal type】

• This type has a structure with a thin body.
• Since it offers various strokes, it is recommended to select this type if a stage for a long travel distance is required.

【縦型タイプ】

• 剛性が高く応答性を重視したタイプです。
• 重いレンズや鏡筒の長いレンズを使用する場合、あるいは高速フォーカスを求める場合に適しています。
   

【Vertical type】

• This type has high rigidity and is focused on response.
• It is suitable for cases where a heavy lens or a lens with a long tube is used, or cases where a high-speed focusing is desired.

【箱型タイプ】

• 対物レンズを中心とした対称形両持ち構造とし、高重量のレンズでも安定したフォーカスが行えます。
• 4本のねじで確実に設置固定でき、製造装置や検査装置への組み込み搭載に適しています。

【Box type】

• This type has a double-supported structure that is symmetrical around the objective lens, and is capable of providing stable focusing even with a heavy lens.
• This product can be securely installed and fixed with four screws, and 1s suitable for incorporation in a manufacturing system or an inspection device.

【鏡筒用】

• 顕微鏡の鏡筒を取り付けてフォーカス方向に微調できます。

【For microscope tube】

• With a microscope tube attached, it can be finely adjusted toward the focusing direction.
